As electronic systems, and the semiconductor components within these systems, are used in more and more critical applications, quality becomes more important. But what is Quality, and how do we achieve it?; This course helps to define and explain Quality, and how we implement Quality in Product Engineering and Manufacturing to help ensure reliable components with low defect rates.
